This project belongs to the plant intelligent greenhouse project, which is mainly used for planting vegetables and flowers. The project construction content includes greenhouse foundation, greenhouse main structure, covering material, natural ventilation system, outside shading system, fan&water pad cooling system, rainwater drainage system,power distribution and control system.
The greenhouse covers an area of about 40*153.6 square meters. Greenhouse Ground works &Infrastructure:
The embedded depth of independent point foundation in greenhouse is about 0.6m under 0.000, and independent foundation is adopted in greenhouse. Around the greenhouse, 0.8 meters high brick wall skirt is set, of which 0.50m above±0.000 and 0.3m below±0.000 are reinforced concrete ring beams with a height of 300mm and a width of 250mm. The embedded anchor bolt at the top of the foundation and foundation beam is used to connect the super structure column. The greenhouse is surrounded by 80cm wide concrete to disperse water. Outside the greenhouse water distribution facilities outside the drain. Greenhouse foundation civil engineering, around the drainage ditch can be built by the owner. The design is based on the national standard "code for design of building foundation" (GB J50007-2002)
Steel Structure general Terms：
All steel structure materials used in greenhouse are made of national standard high quality black steel.
All columns, trusses and other components and joints are processed and welded first, and then hot-dip galvanized;
Site assembly, no welding.Metallic coatings-- Hot dip galvanized steel all other steel parts and fasteners shall be made according to GB/T 13912-2002 Metallic coatings-- Hot dip galvanized steel
The connecting fixed parts are mainly used in line with GB5782 standard and are treated by hot dip galvanization. The service life of the main structure of greenhouse is not less than 20 years.

Foundation: the strip foundation with a low wall of 0.8 meters high is adopted around the greenhouse, and the independent point foundation is used inside.

The thickness of galvanized layer of main frame of greenhouse is 0.06-0.08mm, GB/ t3091-93 is used for hot dip galvanized.
The gutter is made of B=2.0mm thick cold-bending hot-dip galvanized steel plate, and the slope of the water gutter is 2.5‰ for drainage.
Each connector adopts hot-dip galvanized bolt.
All greenhouses are covered with 200 microns PO film, with a warranty of 5 years.
The film function: with UV, anti-aging, anti-drip.
Inside shading system and inside thermal insulation system in order to shade and cool the temperature and regulate the growth of crops in summer, this project is combined with the external shading system.
In summer, because the solar radiation heat load into the greenhouse is too high, although the greenhouse with ventilation, but the greenhouse of high temperature, low humidity environment is unfavorable for crops growing.
The indoor temperature can be controlled to only 1 degree higher than the outdoor temperature in the greenhouse with good ventilation. But about the outside shading system,due to blocking some solar radiation from entering the greenhouse, through
high strength black UV polyester line is used, external shading screen with shading rate of 75%.
Good shading effect in summer, good heat preservation effect in winter and low operation cost.
According to customer's requirements, the inside shading system and the outside system can all be adopted. The customer can also choose between the inner and outer shading systems.
Wet curtain fan cooling system
Wet curtain and fan system is a means of forced cooling in greenhouse in summer.
In the cooling system of wet curtain fan, the sensible heat in air is changed into latent heat when water evaporates. More water evaporates.
Less is proportional to the difference in saturated vapor pressure of the air.
The drier the air, the higher the temperature, the greater the cooling range of air through the wet curtain.
Working principle: the wet curtain is installed on the gable or side wall at one end of the closed greenhouse, and the fan is installed on the gable or side wall at the other end. When the fan draws air, the indoor negative pressure is generated, forcing the outdoor unsaturated air to flow through the wet curtain
When the surface is moistened, a large amount of sensible heat in the air is converted into latent heat, which forces the dry bulb temperature into the indoor air to drop by 4 ~ 12℃, and it is continuously introduced into the room for heat prevention and cooling.
In the gable of the end mountain of the greenhouse, a single fan with a flow of 42000m3/h is used to resist the strong wind, 1-2 fans per span.
The greenhouse is made of hot-dip galvanized steel gutter.
Gutter and gutter connection use gutter adhesive.
The greenhouse will be built in accordance with the two-way slope. In order to prevent freezing crack of water pipes in winter, the rainwater will be drained from the gable columns to the gutters built by users.
The designed maximum displacement is 140mm/h (5min duration).

For areas with large voltage fluctuation, users are required to configure a voltage regulator before the entrance of each strong electricity cabinet to ensure the safe operation of the appliances in the greenhouse.
1)The wire in the greenhouse is moisture-proof RVV plastic sleeve wire, and the signal wire is RVVP shielded wire.
2)All power lines, control lines, sensor signal lines and other wires and electrical installation dressings in the greenhouse.
3)In order to make the greenhouse beautiful, the wiring adopts the way of dark compress.
4)Facilitate the installation of water-proof and splash-proof socket, its location and model are arranged according to the specifications.
5)Set the grounding pole as needed and lead the grounding wire to the required position.
